Greetings from Camore

Canada oh Canada..... its been interesting..... Canmore is a very cool little town about 10,000 people live here tucked away in the Rockies of Canada. The people are very nice except of course the boarder patrol! We've mostly just chilled out we've walked through town and all the little shops, gone swimming, watched movies, ate at the Grizzley Paw, and taken a lot of pictures. We have mixed feelings about Canada although its beautiful its just a lil differnet then were use to... for example its great that Canada has a free health care system but what most people don't know and what we have discovered first hand is that its not free. You actually pay up the ass for it! You may not get a bill for it but good luck at the grocery store and gas stations! Gas is down right outrageous! It cost 95 cents a liter we filled up a half a tank today and it was 53.50! Food is also expensive your typical applebees/chilis burger is 16.00! But besides the extra expense we have really enjoyed our time in Canada so far. We finally got a calling card so those of you who are expecting a call we will be calling tonight! Me and Ar have both been feeling a lil under the weather like were coming down with something. We've been taking a lot of airborn and vitamin C however canada is a lil behind the times and has no idea what Emergency or Airborn is we asked the pharmacy lady where we could find some Airborn and when she replied Airborn what we were a lil hesitant haha. Everyone we've talked to always brings up the H1N1 but i've watched the news and I've seen how long those lines are! 5 hours in a line for a shot holy hell I think I'de rather take my chances of getting it because standing in a line with the Mr. Aron Bauer for 5 hours I'de rather die. Speaking of Mr. Aron Bauer's patience... we were driving back to the hotel today and got stopped at a four way stop while the Halloween Parade passed by haha I thought he was gonna kill someone and I quote " How in the hell can they expect traffic to stop for this" " This is so rediculous" hahahaha I can't wait to get a picture of him with our kid in five years walking down the road cutting off traffic for the halloween parade! Well we've got to run were going to go out one more time, get some laundry done, and rest up to continue our drive tomorrow!

3000 miles and 1 left turn

On our way finally!!! We've gone 800 miles and are now in Canmore, Alberta which is beautiful (pictures soon to come) We stayed just south of the boarder wednesday night at this hotel we happened to find it was a lil sketchy but of course aron loved it. We woke up eager to get back on the road only to find the boarder 30 miles down the road ah! WARNING! never drive through Canada! First of all everyone that works there treats you like they just discovered you are the biggest drug dealer in the world and they just found 80 pounds of crack in your car! It was terrifying but of course that didn't stop me from taking tons of pictures ( soon to come) so after we talked to America they sent us walking to talk to Canada because they told us if we drive our truck up there chances are they will our guns! But they didn't tell us once we walk up there to talk to them we will be stuck in Canada and have a hell of a time trying to figure out which is the right door to walk back to America and don't even worry that the hallway to get back is like a cattle shoot with high fences on both sides luckily nobody else was in there but us! So we finally made it back to America after I asked this Canadian man how in the hell we get back to America! Canada was cool with our guns for the most part except for one so this American gaurd told us about this bar we could go to because the guy who owns the bar supposedly has some special license to ship guns so we go to this bar and when i say bar i mean crap holes of all crap holes you couldn't buy me drinks to drink there!!! (picture soon the come) however that guy didn't have the license anymore and we couldn't get across the boarder without getting fully searched if we didn't have a receipt saying we shipped this gun luckily the 65 year old strung out lady running the bar knew somebody who knew somebody had this license so she called him for us long story short some chick showed up for this dude a half hour later and everything got worked out... that is until we got back to canada they didn't strip our truck or anything but made us fill out enough paper work that I'm pretty sure our first born child is not legally ours anymore..... Well Aron is getting impatient with me being on this damn computer so were gonna get going next update soon to come..... oh my favorite moment in Canada so far .... Aron asking the cashier if they accept normal money...... hahaha!
